I bought this printer used and when I turn it off it’s like it doesn’t want to turn back on. I have to unplug it several times … struggle with it and then it magically comes on . Anyone has had this issue ? Any advice ? Should I just leave it on at all time

Can It scan legal size paper?
Mine was affected by a lightning and does not turn on. I need somebody to show me how to open it to have access to the electronic boards. I can fix it myself, but I do not know how to open it without risking the machine. Please help me with this. Thanks, Ramon

I bought my MFC-L2700DW 3 or 4 years ago, not one problem, love it.
I've had 4 or 5 Epson ink-jets in the past and as with any ink-jet you're always dealing with clogged print heads and always replacing ink cartridges. My last one was a Photo 1200, a nightmare! Replaced 3 print-heads and dozens of cartridges, all of which were official Epson brand. I will give you that when it did work it printed some beautiful 11 x 16 photos, but went through tons of ink doing it!
I'll probably never go back to ink-jet printers again. If I need to print color, I'll just "grin-and-bare-it" and buy a color laser printer or go to a local print shop and have them print color for me as I've done in the past.
